Order form framework agreement relating to the maintenance of the fiduciary video surveillance system (VIFID) installations at various Banque de France sites.

The framework agreement includes the labor and supply of equipment services necessary for the operation and preventive and corrective maintenance of the technical installations of the fiduciary video surveillance system, progressive maintenance, updating of the software in place. on the fiduciary video surveillance and maintenance in operational and security condition of appliances or software, and operating stations under the best economic, technical and social conditions.

The framework agreement includes services to be performed on a flat-rate basis and on a unit basis after issuance of purchase orders.

This framework agreement is divided into four lots. The lots are described in section II.2) of this contract notice.

The framework agreement includes the following services:

- conduct of maintenance operations and monitoring of installations;

- preventive and corrective maintenance of levels 1 to 4 according to the terminology defined by the FD X60-000 standard;

- maintenance includes equipment, tools, dismantling or handling operations necessary for maintenance operations, labor, travel, and subcontracting and the supply of spare parts and consumables, in with a view to maintaining the fiduciary video surveillance systems and equipment in the required operational and security conditions;

- maintenance also includes specialized repairs and replacement of equipment and components whatever the cause; failure or end of life. These are generally all major preventive or corrective maintenance work with the exception of the replacement of installations within the framework of renovation and reconstruction;

- maintenance in operational and security condition of software or appliances, operating stations, servers and network equipment;

- progressive maintenance and updating of software in place on fiduciary video surveillance systems;

- operations of restructuring, modification or extension of existing installations;

- monitoring and research to optimize installations;

- the constitution of stocks of spare parts if necessary, and their management, to meet the intervention time guarantees (GTI), the recovery time guarantees (GTR) and the curative maintenance;

- the management of all services;

- the supply of individual and collective protective equipment to all workers as well as the means of access necessary for working at height;

- administrative monitoring of maintenance operations (report, reports, meetings, monitoring of subcontractors, operation, updating of technical, regulatory and administrative documentation, preparation of quotes, etc.).

The technical scope covers:

- all the equipment and technical means contributing to all the video surveillance equipment (cameras, recording servers, operating servers, image viewing device, active network equipment);

- the interface system with the management software, and specifically with the WMS (Warehouse Management System) software CASD Visimax / CISCO and Dell servers; Windows administration (active directory), linux and networks, Axis cameras;

- power supplies and distribution, in the racks, high current and weak current specific to the means implemented.

The maintenance services for lot 1 relate to the headquarters building of the Banque de France in Paris 1 er and the following fiduciary sites of the Banque de France network: Ajaccio, Amiens, Avignon, Bastia, Bordeaux, Brest, Caen, Chamalières, Lyon Gerland, Marseille, Niort, Rennes, Rodez.

The maintenance services for lot 2 relate to the Fiduciary Center of the North of France - Cefinof located in Sainghin-en-Mélantois (59) and Paris La Courneuve - PLC located in La Courneuve (93).

- preventive and corrective maintenance of levels 1 to 4 according to the terminology defined by the FD X60-000 standard;

- maintenance includes equipment, tools, dismantling or handling operations necessary for maintenance operations, labor, travel, and subcontracting and the supply of spare parts and consumables, in with a view to maintaining the fiduciary video surveillance systems and equipment in the required operational and security conditions;
