1The subject of the contract is the Delivery of a brand new, electric specialist vehicle of the garbage truck type, a single-chamber body intended for waste collection in accordance with the specification specified in detail in the Description of the subject of the contract - hereinafter referred to as the OPZ, Appendix No. 7 to the Terms of Reference and the Financial Terms and Conditions of Appendix No. 9 to the Terms of Reference.
General requirements for the offered Vehicle/Machine:
a) The Vehicle/Machine must not be a prototype and must come from serial production in 2023 or 2024.
b) The Vehicle/Machine must be authorised for marketing and use in the EU (a CE certificate or CE declaration of conformity issued by the manufacturer must be provided) before signing a contract with the selected Contractor.
c) The Vehicle/Machine will operate in dusty working conditions.
d) The Vehicle/Machine must meet the conditions for being allowed to circulate on public roads.
e) The Contractor shall provide a guarantee (attach a warranty card) from the date of signing the acceptance report without any comments
