The service provider must ensure:

- the supply of the connection termination box (box, modem, router) including the wifi;

- dedicated internet subscription;

- the entire deployment of the solution and in particular the installation in FTDA apartments of the internet connection;

- the supply of a device allowing FTDA to meet FAI legal obligations (captive portal, log tracking / management solution, etc.);

- associated services for managing internet lines and after-sales service;

- “fleet” management tools (customer portal);

- the service of support, follow-up of contract execution and deployment.
