The purpose of this consultation is to provide maintenance, pruning, slaughter, drying, and expertise of the tree-lined heritage of the city of Ivry-sur-Seine and on three extramuros sites.

The contract takes the form of a framework agreement with purchase orders. Indeed, the extent and pace of the needs cannot be defined in advance, it will be carried out by issuing successive order forms, according to the needs of municipal services. The minimum and maximum amounts allocated to the performance of the service are:

— minimum annual amount: EUR 33 333,30 excluding VAT, i.e. 40 000 EUR incl. VAT;

— maximum annual amount: 133 333,33 EUR excluding VAT, i.e. 160 000 EUR incl. VAT.

Or, over four years (in the event of successive renewals):

— minimum amount: EUR 133 333,33 excluding VAT, i.e. 160 000 EUR incl. VAT;

— maximum amount: 533 333,32 EUR excluding VAT, 640 000 EUR incl. VAT.

Since the scope and pace of needs cannot be defined in advance, these services will be delivered through the issuance of successive purchase orders, in accordance with the code and according to the needs of municipal services. The maximum amounts allocated to the fulfillment of the benefit are:

— no annual minimum;

— Maximum annual amount: EUR 8 361,20 excl. VAT, i.e. 10 000 EUR incl. VAT.
