The object of the service is the withdrawal, transport and recovery (operations referred to in Annex C to Part IV of Legislative Decree no. 152/2006) of the fraction of municipal waste residues of road cleaning — CER 20.03.03, collected in the catchment area of SRT and or exceptionally from external reservoirs, as well as from professional mechanized sweeping activities.

The wastes covered by the contract consist of a fraction of municipal waste residues from road cleaning characterized by a high seasonal variability of transfer, with humidity level, therefore, dependent on weather conditions.
Services are to be considered essential public services, therefore for no reason they may be suspended or abandoned unless proven cases of force majeure. In case of abstention from work by strike by trade associations must be insured the necessary services, as provided for by the law of 15.6.1990, n. 146.
