Pantar wishes to conclude two (2) agreements, namely: one (1) Agreement for the purchase of schaftwagens and one (1) Framework Agreement for the rental of schaftwagens.

The size concerns the purchase of 30 schaftwagens with an optional additional purchase of up to 10 schaftwagens (total maximum 40 schaftwagens). The Contractor delivers a minimum of 10 vans per year in the first three contract years (or more in a shorter time frame if possible).

The estimate for the lease is € 780,000 excluding VAT for five years. Taking into account a margin of 20%, the maximum value of the framework agreement is

€ 936,000 excluding VAT on reaching which Pantar can no longer issue assignments under the framework agreement.

No rights can be derived from the above numbers and amounts.
