The object of this framework agreement is a full “service” type contract comprising the provision, maintenance, repair, placement and supply of hot drink dispensers and the supply of ad hoc consumables for mutual funds. Solidaris de Liège and Namur for a period of twelve months, renewable three times for the same period and begins on 1 er day following the conclusion of the framework agreement.

The framework agreement is tacitly renewed for a period of twelve months and a maximum of three times, if neither party has notified its desire to terminate the collaboration at least three months before the annual expiry date of the framework agreement. In the event of non-renewal of this framework agreement, no justification must be provided and it cannot give rise to compensation.

It is divided into three lots as follows:
