Keimolanmäki kindergarten (192 children) and school premises (200 students) rent until 30.8.2025. The premises must be operational on 1.8.2019. The lease period can be extended during the option years, because the schedule of permanent construction planned for the site at the end of the decade is not clear. During the construction of the premises, the landlord acts as the general contractor and the contractor responsible for the site management. The language of the tender / contract and the site are Finnish.
