The initiative includes:

- the acquisition of hardware equipment;

- the acquisition of the support and maintenance service for pre-existing and newly acquired hardware equipment;

- the renewal of software subscriptions;

- the renewal of SaaS analytics and Content Delivery Network services;

- the acquisition of a player in SaaS mode;

- the acquisition of specialist support services:

a) per corps, for the installation and configuration of the equipment to replace the out-of-support ones, integration with the current platform and migration of videos already published;

b) pay-as-you-go for 1,440 person-hours, with a guaranteed minimum of 720 person-hours, for conducting evolutionary activities on the solution, correcting anomalies, updating products and in-person or remote support for institutional live streaming events.

The starting price is € 627,000.00 (excluding VAT).
