This contract is a single-beneficiary framework agreement with purchase orders with the following minimum and maximum amounts per year and is concluded by virtue of the provisions of article R. 2162-1 to 6 and R. 2162-13 and 14 of public order code.

Annual amount:

- minimum amount: 20,000 EUR excluding tax;

- maximum amount: 76,000 EUR excluding tax.

This framework agreement is not allotted. This framework agreement is concluded for a period of one year from the date of its notification. It may be renewed for a period of one year by express renewal three times at most.
