This tender is to assess the potential role of unmanned/manned aerial platforms as an alternative source of post-event imagery in emergency situations and in a rapid response context, that require very high spatial resolution or real-time follow-up of events when available satellite images cannot provide it (e.g. earthquakes, urban flooding). The assessment of deployment techniques and legislative aspects is also included.

The call is divided in 2 lots:

— lot 1: unmanned aerial platforms,

— lot 2: manned aerial platforms.
