The purpose of this market is to acquire an integrated solution, consisting of the necessary tools to offer the features:

a) a management tool for the citizen communication reference system;

(b) a document template design tool;

c) a document composition tool;

d) a multichannel document distribution tool (optional authorized).

i-CITY acts both in its name and on its behalf and in the name and for the account of the city of Brussels, of which it is the agent.
