it is a framework agreement for part to a subsequent contract and part to purchase orders concluded without minimum and with a maximum of: 400,000.00 euros excluding taxes over the first period of the contract, i.e. 2 years; and 60,000.00 euros excluding tax over the second period of the contract, i.e., 2 years.Party to purchase orders: The services are defined in the BPU.
