Each lot will be allocated separately. The services are paid for by unit and fixed prices. The purpose of this contract is to implement the strategy of support and accommodation for households identified in the Local Housing Programme (PLH). The areas of intervention are specified in strategic orientation 3 "Protecting the most vulnerable and the common heritage" of the Rennes Métropole PLH 2023-2028, in particular:- meeting the urgent needs of households in difficulty,- supporting access to and maintenance of housing for vulnerable households,- organizing, leading, coordinating and monitoring the prevention of rental evictions,- develop the offer of direct and indirect support for households,- plan and contract a public offer of adapted housing for integration,- mobilize temporary shelter responses for households with incomplete rights and without accommodation via the Hospitality program
