This consultation concerns: Supply and delivery of plastic signalling and road equipment for the Haute-Vienne-Relance department. The procurement procedure used is open tendering. It is subject to the provisions of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2 1° and R. 2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will result in the issuance of purchase orders. This framework agreement has been the subject of an initial consultation, as part of an open call for tenders, launched on the basis of Articles L. 2124-2, R. 2124-2-1° and R.2161-2 to R. 2161-5 of the French Public Procurement Code. A notice of public invitation to tender was published on 27 January 2023 in the OJEU and the BOAMP (OJ: 23-12904).
