The scope to be commissioned is defined as follows:

• Providing the Software (SaaS) for the purpose of realizing a single LMS;

• Advisory and support for provisioning, migration and implementation (feature-neel, applicative and technical);

• User training;

• Support in enticing potential users to use this generic LMS wider and better

• Support for use and lead time over the term of the agreement (functional, applicative and technical).
