The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste in the city of Grajewo from owners of residential real estate and part of uninhabited real estate within 11 months.

The subject of the contract is the collection of municipal waste indicated in the description of the subject of the contract from inhabited real estate and parts of uninhabited properties on which municipal waste is generated within 11 months. Containers for the collection of mixed waste are provided by property owners. The contractor is obliged to lease the containers to the property owners for an additional fee borne by the property owners. Containers and bags for collecting selectively collected waste for owners of residential properties are provided by the Contractor. 1) Multi-family housing a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste: Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers placed in the existing designated places (rubbish gazebos, designated places for containers). Containers are provided by property owners. Frequency of export - 3 times a week on Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 7:00 to 20:00 (subject to increasing the frequency of exports during the holiday period - in the amount adjusted to the needs). Other dates may be agreed with building managers. b) Separately collected municipal waste: Separate collection of municipal waste will take place in specialized containers. The Contractor shall provide containers and place them in places indicated by the Contracting Entity. Containers of a different color are allowed, provided that the container is marked with an appropriate inscription The Contractor's obligation will be: a) monitoring and emptying containers with a frequency that guarantees that there is no waste at the containers, but at least 2 times a week - separately collected waste; the disposal of the above-mentioned waste will take place in accordance with the schedule drawn up by the Contractor and agreed by the Contractor with the building managers, in agreement and after acceptance by the Contracting Entity, b) transport and transfer of waste to the Waste Management Plant in Koszarówka and presentation to the Ordering Party (once a month) of evidence confirming the performance of these activities, i.e. waste transfer cards, c) maintenance of containers in proper technical condition, sanitary and orderly. 2) Single-family housing a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste will be displayed in containers in front of the property on the day of collection. Containers are provided by property owners. Frequency of collection - once every 2 weeks on days agreed with the Ordering Party, between 7:00 and 20:00. b) Selectively collected municipal waste Selective collection of municipal waste will take place in a bag system. The contractor provides bags and delivers to property owners in the following quantities: • PET plastics and industrial-economic plastics, as well as multi-material packaging and metals - yellow - 87,000 pcs. • colored and clear glass - green - 36600 pcs. • paper and waste paper - blue - 27500 pcs. • biowaste - brown - 87000 pcs. • ash - black or white - 27500 pcs. When collecting bags with segregated waste, the Contractor is obliged to leave the same number of bags of a given type. 3) Uninhabited properties a) Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste Non-segregated (mixed) municipal waste will be collected in containers placed in the existing designated places (rubbish gazebos, designated places for containers). Containers are provided by property owners. b) Separately collected municipal waste Separate collection of municipal waste will take place in specialized containers or bags. The property owner provides containers or bags and places them in places where they can be accessed and emptied.
