1. The subject of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor of a brand new wheel loader to the Plant/Installation "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Dylów, commune of Pajęczno.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery by the Contractor of a brand new wheel loader to the Plant/Installation "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Dylów, commune of Pajęczno.

2. The scope of work must be carried out on the basis of a contract and annexes to the SWZ, i.e.:

1) Contractor's offer form – Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ;

2) Description of the subject of the contract – Annex 2 to the SWZ;

3) List of technical parameters – Annex 3 to the SWZ.

3. The scope of the contract referred to in point 1 shall include:

1) Delivery and unloading of a brand new wheel loader by the Contractor – based on the documents listed in point 2,

2) Commissioning and conducting efficiency tests of a brand new wheel loader by the Contractor – based on the documents listed in point 2,

3) Training of the Ordering Party's crew by the Contractor in the field of operation and service of the delivered machine in the Plant/Installation "EKO-REGION" sp. z o.o. in Dylów, commune of Pajęczno – based on the documents listed in point 2,

4) Delivery of as-built documentation by the Contractor – based on the documents listed in point 2,

5) Performance by the Contractor of other obligations necessary for the proper performance of the object of the contract — based on the documents listed in point 2.
