Basic and radical cleaning services at Turin Caselle airport and optional activities with additional and additional services. The details and specifications of the individual performances are indicated in the tender documentation.

The foster will have to perform the ordinary services, including:

— basic and radical cleaning, including management of waste from cleaning services (for an estimated amount of EUR 624 578.81 per year, excluding security charges),

— planned zoological and environmental deratization and disinfestation interventions (for an estimated amount of EUR 13 000,00 per year, excluding safety charges),

And optional ancillary services including:

— making available a garrison in certain critical areas (for an estimated amount of EUR 281 856,42 per year, excluding security charges),

— supplementary activities in implementation of a specific COVID Protocol (for an estimated amount of EUR 84 000,00 per year, excluding security charges),

— provision of additional interventions and services, further than what is provided for in ordinary services (for an estimated amount of 70 862,52 EUR/year, excluding burdens of darkness).

Pursuant to art. 23, paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree 50/16, labour costs amounting to 800 000.00 EUR/year have been identified.
