Post-warranty service includes:
a. service inspections in accordance with the manufacturer's requirements, for a period of 36 months from the date of signing the contract;
b.all repairs, inspections, maintenance together with spare parts and materials needed for their execution, commuting;
c.repair and replacement of parts with brand new ones, except when the damage is caused by improper operation of the device, software;
d. Commencement of corrective actions by the arrival of the service Maksymlanie to ... hours from reporting the failure (concerns: working days), it is allowed to repair remotely if it takes place within 12 hours of notification. In the case of remote repair, the remote diagnostic system is required to meet the ISO/IEC 27001:2013 information security management system standardization standard or equivalent;
e.ensuring the availability of an e-mail address 24 hours a day throughout the term of the contract for receiving failure reports;
f. the repair time of elements covered by the contract should maintain the minimum time of equipment use in the amount of 95% / year (18 emergency days are allowed, excluding inspection days), with the proviso that the number of emergency days per quarter may not exceed 7 days during the term of the contract.
