The subject of the contract is the supply of machines for servicing the yard for biowaste: cascade / vibrating sieve, separator for light fraction as part of the project entitled "Extension of the Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. Waste Management Plant", which will constitute a complete technological line of machines for purifying from light fractions of biowaste stream with a granulation of 10-40 mm.

1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of machines for servicing the yard for biowaste: cascade / vibrating sieve, separator for light fraction under the project entitled "Extension of the Nowy Dwór Sp. z o.o. Waste Management Plant", which will constitute a complete technological line of machines for purifying from light fractions of biowaste stream with a granulation of 10-40 mm.

2. The subject of the contract should be performed in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract (hereinafter referred to as OPZ) which is Annex 6 to the SWZ.

3. General scope of the subject of the contract:

1) Execution of the technological design of the installation in Polish in the amount of min. 3 copies for the Ordering Party.

2) Delivery of a complete technological line of machines for the treatment of bio-waste consisting of the following devices:

- cascade/vibrating sieve – 1 piece

- air separator (separator for light fraction) – 1 piece

The above machines should be communicated with each other in a technological line using belt conveyors / chutes enabling the transport of waste between subsequent devices and enable the collection of separated fractions.

3) Delivery of brand new communication steel structures.

4) Assembly of a complete technological line of machines.

5) Selection and completion of equipment, assembly and organization and coordination of all works in the field of delivery, assembly and commissioning of a complete technological line.

6) Installation of power supply for technological equipment from the existing low-voltage switchgear or in the switchgear in the ST 4 transformer station located at the facility.

7) Execution of control and control systems and visualization for the technological line of machines from the control cabinet panel.

8) Development of documentation: start-up program, operating instructions and inspection and maintenance program.

9) Commissioning and commissioning of a complete technological line.

10) Training of the Ordering Party's staff in the field of installed technology in the field of operation, maintenance, servicing and health and safety regulations of the supplied technology.

11) Assumption of responsibility for all machines and equipment supplied under the subject of this order constituting technological equipment – these machines and devices must be brand new.

12) Providing complete acceptance documentation to the Ordering Party, including DTR, declaration of conformity of machines and equipment with EC standards or equivalent standards, including as-built drawing and descriptive documentation in Polish, in electronic and paper form in 3 copies.
