The subject of the contract is the management of municipal waste from the area of the Spytkowice Commune in 2023, through: sorting, recovery, composting and storage of municipal waste and other lawful methods of waste management. The contracting authority allows submission of tenders in the following parts: Part I: management of ashes from domestic furnaces [code 20 01 99], Part II: management of biodegradable waste in bags [code 20 02 01], management of biodegradable waste - bulk [code 20 02 01], non-segregated - mixed municipal waste [code 20 03 01], not listed in other subgroups of other waste, i.e. diapers, hygiene waste [code 20 03 99]. Part III: management of other non-biodegradable waste, including waste from cemeteries [code 20 02 03]. Part IV: Management of construction and demolition waste of glass [ code 17 02 02], Part V: management of mixed construction waste [code 17 09 04], Part VI: management of mixed construction and demolition waste of concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramics and fittings other than those mentioned in 17 01 06 [code 17 01 07].
