This agreement is for the supply of the full range of education with or without residential care provision. It is underpinned by a contractual requirement of the contractor to comply with Independent Schools Standards (England 2015), Children’s Home’s Regulations 2015 and the Quality Standards for Children’s Homes 2015 where residential homes are provided as part of the service.
