The object of the procurement is the construction contract of the Huhtinen daycare centre in accordance with this contract notice and its annexes.

The City of Porvoo will renovate the Huhtinen daycare centre by demolishing the old daycare centre and building a new 10-group solid wood daycare centre in its place. The scope of the contract includes all the works mentioned in the invitation to tender. turnkey such as demolition of an old building, construction of a new building and construction of yard areas.
