Provision of services in the scope of care of stands and shrub clusters and removal of trees and shrubs in the capital city of Warsaw under the management of the Real Estate Management Plant in the Mokotów District. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is contained in point 3 specifications of essential terms of the contract.

In the field of stand care and removal of trees and shrubs:

1. X-ray of tree crowns and care works in the stand and bush clusters,

2. securing places at risk and removing threats, i.e. removing fallen trees, branches and branches posing a threat to people and their property with securing damage (wounds) in trees and removing self-seeding and root suckers of trees,

3. cutting and grubbing trees and shrubs for which the ZGN in the Mokotów District of the Capital City of Warsaw Warsaw obtained decisions authorizing the Marshal of the Mazowieckie Voivodeship,

4. elimination of residues (wood pulp) after works in the stand and bushes and resulting from changing weather conditions (winds, rainfall),

5. other necessary gardening works ordered by the Employer,

6. ongoing monitoring of the state of the stand in the Regions and informing the Ordering Party about the threats identified during the performance of this Agreement resulting from the incorrect condition of the stand in the Regions, about which the Ordering Party was not aware.

Services will be performed on separate written orders issued by the Greenery Department with a detailed specification of the scope and their quantity in accordance with the typing protocol and with the date of their start and end. The contractor must provide a guarantee for the works carried out for a period of 12 months from the date of final acceptance of these works.

In accordance with art. 29 paragraph 3a of the Public Procurement Law Act, the Employer requires employment by a contractor or subcontractor on the basis of employment contracts of persons performing activities specified by the Employer in the specification of essential terms of the contract.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding similar contracts referred to in art. 67 section 1 point 6 of the Public Procurement Law.
