Planning services for broadband expansion in the operator model

based on HOAI 2021, Part 3 Section 2 Object planning services for civil engineering structures

and Part 4, Section 2: Technical equipment

The municipality of Altenkunstadt intends to provide all citizens, institutions and companies with broadband telecommunications services in a defined expansion area in the municipality of Altenkunstadt in 3 lots. For this purpose, the planning services, including the preparatory activities, are to be awarded on the basis of the HOAI for the subsidised expansion of a sustainable, future-oriented and high-performance broadband network (NGA network).

The routing of the fibre optic network, in particular the main cables, the exchanges and the cable distributors, is usually carried out on properties owned by the municipality of Altenkunstadt. The measure is to be funded in accordance with the Bavarian Gigabit Directive. The planner to be found is to plan and tender the network as well as supervise the construction, whereby the implementation is planned in an operator model in accordance with the Bavarian Gigabit Directive (BayGibitR). The number of planned connections is about 1,000 connections.

Based on the HOAI 2021, the scope of services is based on the object planning services for civil engineering structures in accordance with Part 3, Section 2 or § 43 et seq. in conjunction with Annex 12 and the specialist planning services of the technical equipment in accordance with Part 4 Section 2 or § 55 et seq. in conjunction with Annex 15, in each case of service phases 1 to 9.
