The subject of the contract includes the collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the Skoki commune, as well as the collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki, at Rogozińska 10 A. and emptying street bins in the Skoki commune. The order was divided into two lots.

1. The subject of the contract is the provision of services in the field of collection and management of municipal waste from property owners from the municipality of Skoki, as well as collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki, at Rogozińska 10 A.

2. The scope of the order shall include:

2.1 Collection of municipal waste directly from owners of real estate where residents live (Appendix No. 1), from owners of real estate where residents do not live (Appendix No. 2) and from real estate on which there is a summer house or other property used for recreation and leisure purposes (Appendix No. 3) divided into the following fractions:

(a) unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste,

(b) paper,

(c) metals, plastics, multi-material packaging waste

(d) glass,

(e) bio-waste (including natural Christmas trees)

2.2 Collection and management of waste from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point (PSZOK) located in Skoki, at 10A Rogozińska Street.

(a) paper,

(b) metal, plastics, multi-stock packaging waste,

(c) glass,

(d) hazardous waste arising in households,

(e) expired medicines and chemicals arising in households,

(f) waste ineligible for household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels, in particular needles and syringes,

(g) used batteries and batteries,

(h) consumed electrical and electronic equipment,

(i) furniture and other large-sized waste,

(j) worn tyres,

(k) construction and demolition waste constituting municipal waste,

(l) waste of textiles and clothing,

Loading of waste collected from PSZOK lies with the Service Contractor.

2.3.All municipal waste collected by the Contractor from property owners from the Skoki municipality and from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point located in Skoki, the Contractor is obliged to deliver to the recovery/municipal installation. The Contractor is obliged to indicate such installations in the offer.

2.4 Collection of waste with the frequency specified in the OPZ constituting Annex 8a to the SWZ

2.5. Transport of waste collected selectively, collected from property owners and collected in PSZOK, to the recovery / municipal installation and disposal for their management.

2.6 Collection from residential properties, real estate used for recreation and leisure purposes, uninhabited properties in this ROD in the period from 2 to 31 January natural Christmas trees displayed in places of collection of mixed waste. This information should be included in the waste collection schedule.

2.7 A single collection (in the form of "exhibitions") from residential properties and real estate used for recreational and leisure purposes of bulky waste, tyres from vehicles with a permissible total weight, waste electrical and electronic equipment, and other waste (including bathroom ceramics, bathtubs, shower cabins, washbasins, etc.), during the term of the contract. Waste collection should take place at the turn of April and May 2024 and be included in the collection schedule.

2.8 Collection of municipal waste from ecological actions, i.e. "Earth Day" and "Cleaning the World" at the request of the Ordering Party.

2.9 Cleaning up the area contaminated with waste and other contaminants spilled from containers, containers or bags during the collection service.

2.10 Preparation and distribution of waste collection schedules.

2.11 Preparation of Monthly Reports.

2.12 Collection of waste from collecting waste containers used for the selective collection of waste located in the municipality of Skoki indicated in Annex 7.

The subject of the contract is the performance of a service consisting of:

1. Emptying street bins for municipal waste, with capacity approx. 35 l, in the amount of approx. 250 pieces, located in the municipality of Skoki along with waste transport, ordering

and maintaining cleanliness around the bins and emptying street baskets for dog droppings in the amount of 8 pcs. located in the city of Skoki. The contracting authority reserves the right to set additional baskets in new locations during the term of the contract (the expected amount is a maximum of 10 baskets during the term of the contract).- The contractor should take this into account when preparing the offer. The subject of the contract includes areas located in the city and municipality of Skoki.

2. Emptying containers placed within places customarily used as bathing areas, used seasonally in the municipality of Skoki.

3. Collection and handling of waste from intervention operations (e.g. tyres, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc.)

5. The scope of work performed as part of the subject of the contract will include the following activities:

a) emptying street bins (Appendix 1),

b) emptying baskets for dog excrement (Appendix No. 2) – bags for baskets are delivered by the Ordering Party according to needs,

c) emptying containers placed within places customarily used as bathing areas, used seasonally (Appendix No. 3),

d) equipping places customarily used as bathing areas indicated in Annex 3 with containers for collecting municipal waste,

e) cleaning up the area around street bins, i.e. collection of abandoned waste around bins (in bulk or in bags),

f) collection and transport of bags with municipal waste collected by employees for intervention works directed by the Town and Commune Office in Skoki,

(g) collection and handling of waste resulting from intervention operations (e.g. tyres, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc.).'

h) keeping records of collected waste from serviced properties.

(i) management of the waste received.

During the term of the contract, the Ordering Party provides for the collection and management of approx. 1.5 Mg of waste from intervention actions (e.g. tires, bulky waste, waste electrical and electronic equipment, etc., at the request of the Ordering Party. The Ordering Party reserves the right to set additional baskets in new locations during the term of the contract. The anticipated amount is a maximum of 10 baskets (including street baskets and dog droppings baskets) - during the term of the contract.
