The invitation to tenders concerns the delivery of clearing, sanding, salting of fire pits, clearing and other winter maintenance on county and municipal roads and places at Skjånes.

The contract value is estimated to be above the EEA threshold. The need is uncertain. Historically, the contracting authority has procured services for approx. NOK 1,450,000 excluding VAT a year in recent years. The volume can be both higher and lower, and will depend on, amongst other things, the contracting authority's needs, activities, budgetary situation and other framework factors in the contract period.

The contract has two lots: 1: County roads, and 2: Municipal roads The tenderer cannot submit tender for one lot, cf. section 1.1.4 below.

Lots/groups

Tenders cannot be submitted for parts of the assignment, and alternative tenders are not allowed. The contracting authority has considered dividing the assignment in accordance with PPR §19-4, but has decided that it is not suitable for this procurement.

The contracting authority reserves the right to accept all or parts of a tender.

Contract

The procurement will be regulated by the attached contract with the associated standard terms.

The contract will be valid from and including 2021-11-19 until and including 2026-08-31, with an option for the contracting authority for a further extension for up to 2 years, for 12 months at a time.

The Contracting Authority shall enter into a contract with one (1) tenderer.

The contracting authority expects that the tenderer studies the contractual terms and makes the required internal clarifications in such a way that a contract can be signed if awarded.
