To provide a catering service to Kirkby Stephen Grammar School for breakfast, morning break and lunch. Brough Primary School require a lunch service only. All food supplied is to comply with School Food Nutritional Standards and healthy eating requirements. To provide additional hospitality as required (lunch and after school) on occasion.
