The object of the contract is the creation of a reserved and protected location for a fixed-plant collective transport system along the entire route of the outer ring road (Stuparich-Elia-Lotto-Zavattari axis, which corresponds to a stretch of ring road about 980 m long) and the creation of a network of cycle routes and pedestrian paths, as well as the redevelopment of the green system.
