This is a pre-qualification for participation in RFP for the following scope:

Due to the realisation of the carbon capture project at the Klemetsrud plant the existing administration building will be demolished by the end of 2022 and there's a need for a new administration building. This contract is for the building of a new administration building. Celsio will ensure a temporary administration building while the new building is under construction.

This procurement is for a turnkey contract.

The administration building shall be built in three stories above an open surface level. The delivery of administration building also includes outdoor areas for gas storage. The delivery also consists of all necessary rebuilding works of existing buildings, as well as fire protection of facades of facing buildings. The delivery also includes engineering of reception building and walk bridge (building phase is optional for Celsio).
