The subject of the contract are services commissioned by BGK consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument RES loan for residents / Loan for supporting renewable energy sources intended for financing projects/investments in the field of supporting renewable energy sources implemented in the Lubelskie Voivodeship by entities having their registered office or branch in this region or residing in it (Final Recipients). Details of the type of projects that can be financed are included in the Financial Instrument Metric constituting Annex 2 to the Draft Agreement Provisions (PPU) (Metrics).

Part 1 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan to Support Renewable Energy Sources and the granting of Loans with the parameters specified in the "Metric of the Financial Instrument Loan to Support Renewable Energy Sources" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 25,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not less than 20%). The granting of Unit Loans is to result in the support of renewable energy through the implementation of the indicators specified in the Terms of Reference.

• Lot 2 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the Financial Instrument Loan for the Support of Renewable Energy Sources and the granting of Loans with the parameters specified in the "Metric of the Financial Instrument Loan for the Support of Renewable Energy Sources" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 15,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage of the tender procedure (not less than 20%). The granting of Unit Loans is to result in the support of renewable energy through the implementation of the indicators specified in the Terms of Reference.

Part 3 – includes the provision of services consisting in the implementation and management of the RES Loan for Residents Financial Instrument and the granting of Unit Loans with the parameters specified in the "Metric of the RES Loan for Residents Financial Instrument" from the financial contribution of the Trust Fund made by the Contracting Authority to the Specific Fund in the total amount of PLN 10,000,000.00 supplemented by the Contractor's own contribution in the amount declared by the Contractor at the stage tender procedure (not lower than 20%). The granting of Unit Loans is to result in the support of renewable energy through the implementation of the indicators specified in the Terms of Reference.
