Delivery and implementation of the HR system
As part of a digitization strategy, the client plans to map HR processes completely system-side in personnel software in the future. Software is planned as a "private cloud" in a data center of the client. The focus is on the areas of payroll accounting, electronic personnel file, organization management, occupational health management, recruiting and applicant management, employee portal, document and correspondence management, personnel management as well as travel expense reporting and survey generator.
The contract includes the necessary implementation, training, migration, operational, support, adaptation, care and maintenance services as well as customer service in German. The client is granted the rights of use to the associated licenses during the term of the contract. The system is to be hosted by the contractor (direct provider) in a data center,
which is located in Germany (also applies to the backup data center and data mirroring) and is operated on a server that is assigned exclusively to the client.
