The Contracting Authority extends an invitation to open tender contest in connection with the procurement of a new wheeled excavator with equipment as described.

The Contracting Authority wants a machine well suited for the purpose. See the requirement specification in a separate attachment for description.

Tenderer must take the used excavator in exchange (see attachment).

The Contracting Authority wants an option on a 5 year service and repair agreement as well as an option for a further 2 year extension. Alternatively normal service and repairs as required.

If the Supplier discovers that important matters have been omitted from this tender documentation or necessary changes that need to be made in order for the procurement to function as intended, it is the Supplier's responsibility to point this out in the tender offer.
