The supplier must have an organization to cope with extra cleanings, called off extra efforts are charged per hour. On-call and on-call readiness are also included in the assignment (for a fee).

Planned contract start is 2023-03-01, The agreement runs for two (2) years with the possibility of extension for a further maximum of two (1 + 1 ) years if all extensions are used.

Stenungsundshem Aktiebolag (hereinafter referred to as "the client") carries out a procurement regarding cleaning (cleaning) for Stenungsundshem v.2. The purchaser invites the tenderer, hereinafter referred to as the "supplier", to submit a tender in accordance with this procurement document.

Stenungsundshem AB manages 2059 apartments and individual commercial premises. The customer's objectives with the procurement are:

Satisfied tenants

Intended functions are maintained

No risk to human health arises

End users and their operations are not unnecessarily disrupted

Negative environmental impact is minimized

The goal is achieved through:

Good communication and collaboration between the customer, the supplier and tenants

Staff at the supplier treat residents and visitors in a professional and service-oriented manner.

Through a supplier who offers good working conditions and has a staff continuity for the assignment staffing.

Scope of the mission:

The assignment includes cleaning of stairwells, entrances, laundry rooms, basement aisles and other public areas in the client's properties. Additional cleaning work in connection with this may be included in the assignment. The cleaning assignment may change during the contract period due to sales or new production of properties.

Examples of additional cleaning work can be additional orders after, for example, maintenance efforts, repair or moving cleaning. The supplier must have an organization to cope with extra cleanings, called off extra efforts are charged per hour. On-call and on-call readiness are also included in the assignment (for a fee).

Properties included in the assignment are shown in Appendix 4, Frequency and area description. It is encouraged that the supplier visits all the properties included in the procurement to form an idea of the size of the contract, the different surface materials and other conditions that may affect the tender. Appendix 5, Quality level indicates at what level the cleaning result must be in order to be considered approved.

Framework agreements will be signed with one (1) supplier.

Recess;

During the contract period, changes may take place based on, for example, board decisions, business changes that may affect the need and volumes.

Certain activities affecting the contract area may be conducted under their own direction, in such cases the contract is to be considered as a complement to its own activities.
