The Osmosis market aims to cover the purchase and maintenance of network metrology probes, monitoring tools, tools for analyzing wired and wireless transmission channels, as well as associated services (MCO, Support Level 3...), and services (in service center for the DSIT).

This case is composed of four lots, each constituting a framework agreement, without exclusion between lots.

The contracts resulting from this purchase procedure will go to EDF SA and its subsidiaries G2S and ENEDIS.

The Subsidiaries listed in Annex 1 "Subsidiary", indicated to the RFI, as well as the subsidiaries indicated in the consultation regulation may benefit, if they wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs.

Lot 1 concerns the purchase and maintenance of equipment, and exceptional services allowing the analysis of network layers. The maintenance of part of the existing solution fleet is also requested.

This contract is intended for EDF SA and its subsidiaries G2S and Enedis.

The Subsidiaries listed in Annex 1 "Subsidiary", indicated to the RFI, as well as the subsidiaries indicated in the consultation regulation may benefit, if they wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs.

Lot 2 concerns the purchase, rental and maintenance of flow aggregation matrices and probes, and the subscription to associated one-off expertise services and a service center. The maintenance of part of the existing solution fleet is also requested.

This contract is intended for EDF SA and its subsidiary G2S.

The Subsidiaries listed in Annex 1 "Subsidiary", indicated to the RFI, as well as the subsidiaries indicated in the consultation regulation may benefit, if they wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by EDF SA for its needs.

Lot 3 concerns the purchase, rental and maintenance of flow aggregation matrices and probes subscription to specific expertise services associated with ENEDIS. The maintenance of part of the existing solution fleet is also requested.

The Subsidiaries listed in Annex 1 "Subsidiary", indicated to the RFI, as well as the subsidiaries indicated in the consultation regulations will be able to benefit, if they wish and at their first request, from the commercial conditions of the contract awarded by G2S for its needs.

Lot 4 concerns the purchase of licenses, maintenance and exceptional services for 2 solutions: a centralized solution (DSIT and Enedis need) and a decentralized solution, allowing a deployment of software agents on industrial sites in the event of a power outage of the centralized IS (DTEAM need). The maintenance of part of the existing solution fleet is also requested.
