2. Additional information:

a. The minimum required warranty period – 12 months or 1200 hours, counting from the date of signing the delivery and acceptance protocol of the subject of the contract.

b. The Contractor shall provide warranty and post-warranty service of the subject of delivery under the conditions described in the Description of the Subject of the Order (Annex 1 to the SWZ). The supplier is obliged to present when signing the contract

manufacturer's authorization documents for service activities, i.e. a statement that the performance of warranty services by the Supplier will not deprive the Ordering Party of the manufacturer's warranty.

c. The distance of an authorized stationary service point may not be more than 150 km from the headquarters of the ordering party. During the warranty, transport of the excavator to the service point free of charge with effort and at the expense of

f. The Contractor shall organize training of the Ordering Party's employees in the field of conducting, operating, operating and maintaining the device at the place of location, i.e. 66-200 Świebodzin, Poznańska 10 within 5 days from the date of

delivery of the device.

g. Before concluding the contract, the Contractor will be obliged to submit a civil liability policy in the amount of PLN 400,000
