The objective of the tender contest is to enter into a framework agreement for audio-visual equipment with associated services for the university and university college sector, as well as the contracting authority's other customers.
The equipment includes mainly audio and image systems, control systems, media equipment and video conferencing systems, relevant software and services — mainly for teaching purposes and meeting activities.
The contract is divided into the following three categories:
(a) framework agreement for the procurement of AV equipment and associated services;
(b) requirements for the delivery of equipment and services for video production;
(c) independent advisory and consultancy services.
