The subject of the contract is the delivery and installation of internal and external key depositors for the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław.

1. The subject of the order under the basic order is the delivery and assembly of 8 pcs. internal and external key depositors in the facilities subordinate to the Tax Administration Chamber in Wrocław.

A detailed description, features and parameters of the subject matter of the contract are included in the Draft Agreement and Appendix No. 1 to the Agreement - Description of the subject of the contract.

2. The Ordering Party reserves the right to use the following options:

1) the option will consist in increasing the scope of the obligation indicated in paragraph 1 by a maximum of 4 pcs. internal and external depositors at the price specified in the Contractor's offer,

2) the option will be activated if the Ordering Party has the funds to finalize the option,

3) the Contracting Authority shall send a written notification of the exercise of the option to the Contractor by e-mail within 3 days from the date of conclusion of this agreement,

4) the contractor is not entitled to any claim against the Contracting Authority in the event that the Contracting Authority does not exercise the option. The execution of the order covered by the option is solely the right of the Ordering Party,

5) the exercise of the option by the Contracting Authority does not constitute an amendment to the future agreement,

6) if the Contracting Authority exercises the option, the subject matter of the contract covered by the option will be performed in accordance with the rules specified for the basic contract in the draft agreement.
