The subject of the contract is the development of the Project (design documentation including land development, architectural, construction and technical design) for the construction of:

• water supply network with connections in the town of Luboń as part of the investment task 3-02-15-220-1 Luboń - water supply network in Ogrodowa Street together with obtaining a legally binding decision of a building permit / notification of construction works together with obtaining a certificate of no grounds for objection by the architectural and construction administration body accepting the notification of construction or other construction works appropriate for the task in question

and

performing author's supervision during the implementation phase of works carried out on the basis of the documentation being the subject of the contract from the day of concluding the contract with the Contractor of construction works until signing the final acceptance protocol of these works.
