The client intends to reassign the occupational health and occupational safety care of all teachers as well as other (social) pedagogical staff in the state service at the public schools of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia and the persons of the subordinate administrative area in the portfolio of the Ministry of School and Education of the state of North Rhine-Westphalia as an inter-company service within the meaning of § 19 ASiG. In the administrative district of Arnsberg, the contractor shall provide occupational health and safety care for all teachers and other (social) pedagogical staff in the state service in accordance with § 58 of the School Act at public schools as well as administrative staff in the regional subordinate business area of the Ministry of Schools and Education of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (client) as an inter-company service within the meaning of § 19 ASiG

In the administrative district of Detmold, the contractor shall provide occupational health and safety care for all teachers and other (social) pedagogical staff in the state service in accordance with § 58 of the School Act at public schools as well as administrative staff in the regional subordinate business area of the Ministry of Schools and Education of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (client) as an inter-company service within the meaning of § 19 ASiG

In the administrative district of Düsseldorf, the contractor shall provide occupational health and safety care for all teachers and other (social) pedagogical staff in the state service in accordance with § 58 of the School Act at public schools as well as administrative staff in the regional subordinate portfolio of the Ministry of Schools and Education of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia (client) as an inter-company service within the meaning of § 19 ASiG
