The dam school in Heilbronn, which was built around 1906, has to undergo a general renovation. The school building essentially corresponds to the original condition at that time. In this course, urgently required measures are carried out on windows / facades, technical installations, room acoustics, etc. (renovation backlog). The current tender concerns the 2nd BA of general renovation. The 1st BA was carried out in 2018-2020.
