1. The subject of the contract is the supply of accommodation equipment divided into 3 parts:

• Part I – delivery of metal cabinets for clothing, in the amount of 915 pcs.;

• Part II – delivery of metal standing hangers, in the amount of 430 pcs.;

• Part III – delivery of common room tables, in the amount of 260 pcs.;

The subject matter of the order is described in Annex 2 to SWZ.

2nd Place of execution of the object of the order

• Part I: Suwałki, Białystok, Olsztyn, Lidzbark Warmiński, Lipowiec, Giżycko, Gołdap, Węgorzewo, Elbląg, Braniewo, Bartoszyce, Morąg,

• Part II: Białystok, Suwałki, Olsztyn, Elbląg, Braniewo, Bartoszyce, Morąg,

• Part III: Białystok, Suwałki, Olsztyn, Lipowiec.

3. The Contractor shall provide a guarantee for the delivered products for the period: min. 24 – max. 36 months from the date of delivery;

4. Required deadline for the performance of the contract with obtaining a material effect: 70 days from the date of signing the contract.
