Object of these services: Appointing cleaning company for the Kvr Institute of Vorselaar.

Explanation: In close cooperation with the leading official, the tenderer will be responsible for the maintenance of the refecters, corridors, classrooms, gymnasiums, offices and the sanitary facilities in the buildings of the Kvr Institute in Vorselaar according to a fixed task schedule.

Duration: From 1/9/2022 TO 31/08/2024 (Extendable to max. 4 years)

Acquisition of current cleaning staff: The tenderer makes a proposal to take over the current five employees max 6 (113h) to at least the same wage and employment conditions that the employees concerned have when entering into the service assignment. These conditions can be requested from the leading official.

In addition to the polishing performance, the following services are expected from the tenderer:

1. Cleaning program and preparing hours in accordance with the expectations of the leading official according to a fixed task overview.

2. Instruction of staff members as well as taking care of the quality of the cleaning (follow up and adjust daily).

3. The tenderer takes care of all cleaning materials and products. The contracting authority takes care of the consumables (toilet paper, towel rolls...)
