The target of this dynamic procurement system (DPS) is blue-light equipment, peripheral accessories and, where appropriate, related services (including maintenance, training, processes, processes and product portfolio development and contractual co-operation).
Applications for participation in a dynamic procurement system can be submitted throughout its duration. All candidates qualifying for suitability will be included in the DPS. The actual procurement is made through intra-DPS competition. Equipment, supplies and their more detailed minimum requirements are described in the calls for tender for internal competition in DPS.

The object of the acquisition covers blue-light equipment and ancillary accessories for the treatment of jaundice in newborns, such as (note: the list is not exhaustive):
— blue-light lamps
— blue light pats
— covers for blue light pats
— eye covers
— ear/hearing protection.

During the duration of the DPS, any interested vendors may request to participate in the DPS by filing an application to participate. All candidates qualifying for suitability will be included in the DPS. DPS shall be valid until the date indicated in the procurement notice unless it is suspended or amended upon the expiry of the DPS.
The procurement entity carries out procurement among candidates approved for the DPS through intra-DPS competition that may be timed for the entire acquisition phase of the DPS. The acquisition phase of DPS will begin after the establishment phase on July 1, 2021 and will end at the expiry of the DPS.
A contract awarded on the basis of internal competition may continue in a fixed term or indefinite period even after the expiration of the dynamic procurement system.
