The cooling water pump building and compressor station are tendered as two separate plots. This is based on a two-phase contract with phase 1 engineering and phase 2 realization.
Plot a Cooling water pump buildingThe assignment includes: finalizing the detail design, all material supplies (excluding executive deliveries) and construction of the seawater inlet station 01N, including construction of the quay wall; installation of the seawater inlet pumps, filters, fittings, pipes and valves on the plot for intake of seawater, which are functionally part of the seawater cooling system.
Plot b Compressor StationThe assignment includes:
• 01C Compressor building, containing the three (3) CO2 compressors, each including two intercoolers, one aftercooler, one lubricating oil system and other utilities.
Includes the assistance of the compressor supplier in the installation, connection and commissioning of the three compressors;
• 02E Sub-Station, with transformers, switchgear, electrical cabinet and control system cabinets;
• 01P Heat Exchanger Building, with closed cooling water pumps and plates of heat exchangers;
• All associated piping, instrumentation and electrical work up to the defined scope limits;
Includes the installation and connection of the SCADA/DCS in the Main Building 01H;
• Installation 01A Analysis building for the quality measurement of CO2 including all associated instrumentation installation and connection;
• The realization of the main building 01H where control panels and control system are installed, the energy building 01E for the Stedin connection and associated work;
• Finishing of the terrain, including roads, security fencing, gates, parking space and small buildings, such as the 02N bicycle shed and Abri's 03N and 04N.
Including all related preparation work such as (but not limited to):
• Multidisciplinary engineering, execution design;
• (Bulk) material deliveries;
• Alignment in the workplace, forming part of a coordination obligation.
