The assignment concerns the selection of preferred suppliers for general architectural work for the implementation and realization of the projects and programs of the Facility Campus Organization.

This includes activities that are not covered by the contract for the sustainable multi-year maintenance plan (DJMOP) contract.

Examples of the work to be carried out are:

- performing all kinds of architectural work (including carpentry, demolition, construction, walls and facades, etc.)

- renovations of teaching spaces,

- the complete restyling of complete wings and floors,

- Brandscheidingen,

- ceilings replaced,

- the installation of acoustic devices,

- adjusting/ moving toilet groups etc.
