The subject of the contract is forest management services as defined in Article 6 (1) (1) of the Act of 28 September 1991 on Forests (text: Journal of Laws of 2021, item 1275, as amended — 'Forests Act') covering work on forest farming and conservation, fire protection, acquisition and retraction of timber and the state of possession, trees, maintenance of forest tourist facilities, hunting management, agricultural management, seed, nursery management to be carried out in the Tuchola Forest District in the year 2022. quantity which will not exceed 20% of the Contract Subject Value. The Contracting Authority provides for the possibility of awarding the contracts referred to in Article 214 (1) (7) of the PZP, within 3 years from the date of the award of the basic contract, the scope in question of the contracts shall not exceed 50% of the value of this contract.
