This consultation concerns the provision of services géotechniques.il are geotechnical and geophysical reconnaissance and testing services for studies, monitoring, maintenance, reinforcement and construction of hydraulic flood protection facilities and wetland networks (AEP, EU, EP) as well as any other development project carried out by Nîmes Métropole.The services include: -Geophysical investigations;-Geotechnical investigations;-Laboratory characterization tests;-Submission of geotechnical mission reports of type G1, G2, G4 and G5 according to the Nf-P94-500 standard of November 2023

the services are the subject of a framework agreement giving rise to the issuance of purchase orders, entered into pursuant to Articles L2125-1-1°, R2162-1 to R2162-6, R2162-13 and R2162-14 of the French Public Procurement Code. Pursuant to Article R2162-4-2° of the same code, it is concluded with an economic operator, with a minimum amount and a maximum amount in value defined in Article 2 of the deed of commitment.the services of the framework agreement will be performed as and when purchase orders are issued by the public buyer and will be paid according to the unit prices of the Unit Price Schedule (BPU), Depending on the quantities actually performed, the performance of the services is not split into tranches.
