Description:
Operation and supervision service of Salud Responde

The provision of the Operation and Supervision Service of the SSPA Centre for Citizen Information and Services “Health Responds”, which includes the following activities:

- Operation of the Communications System in response to calls received through the different channels available (telephone, fax, email, collaborative website, APP, etc.) 24 hours a day, every day of the year, ensuring the correct operation functions.

- Supervision of the operation service in physical presence 24 hours a day, every day of the year at the Citizen Information and Services Center “Health Responds” in Jaén.

- Adjuvant and complementary activities: Implementation of the supporting, complementary and related functions of the contracted service. The service will be provided every week of the year during the term of the contract.
